First of all, my advice would be to go to Jerusalem rather than Bethlehem. It's much easier to find accommodation there. But if you're going to stay in Bethlehem you can go to the Casa Nova Hospice, in Manger Sq. They have decent rooms, a nice dining room and clean bathrooms. The prices are around 25$ for single rooms and 50$ for doubles and they include breakfast. The number is 274 2798 and the website www.cnop-beth.org
