It doesn't matter whether you want gifts, souvenirs, stuff for yourself or just groceries, the souk in Hebron is the best place to go. It's in the Palestinian part of the town and it's a chaotic mess of alleys and shops, but that's why it's so picturesque. You can find fruits, vegetables, tasty dries fruits, clothes, shoes, jewelry...basically anything you might want. And a piece of advice: keep an eye out for bargains. You can find plenty of really nice cheap things.
